Welcome and Introduction Mrs Michelle Fusi welcomed everyone to the meeting and led with a huge thank you to both Fabian and Maria Lintott for all the work undertaken to make the FOSH successes that they have over the last two years. The thank you was extended out to the wider FOSH team specifically Michele Beer, Angela Caira and Francesca Morgan. Mrs Fusi reminded everyone as parents of children attending the school all parents are automatically a member of the FOSH community.
Mr Fabian Lintott thanked everyone for their commitment to helping raise funds for FOSH. He informed the meeting that FOSH is a great opportunity to get involved and to share objectives with the school. He set FOSH a target of raising £20,000 for the 2 years he was running FOSH. As can be seen from the FOSH Financial Information sheet (attached) the total profit for 2018/19 was a massive £11,788.80. Mr Lintott then moved onto the formality of voting a new committee in and listing the committee stepping down.

Mrs Fusi then asked for the new Chairperson to be voted in. Discussion ensued in the absence of Mr and Mrs Cooper they could not be voted in with a post and the new committee advised to vote in a Treasurer and Secretary at their first committee meeting. Mrs Fusi proposed joint Chair to be Babette Bleach and Emmanual Farrugia, this was seconded by Nina Turpin.
At the close of the meeting Mrs Jennie Jones asked if she could say a well done to all, followed by a round of applause by all in attendance.
